Ok you all, I concede. After bringing my new baby home and properly checking her out in the mirror, she is rather large indeed. It's a funny bag because it doesn't seem huge just sitting there, but when you see your reflection with it on it's like, WOW.

Went to NM Boston today, they had two new styles of muses in. Oversized in linen, green linen with black leather trims. Also a small one in white linen with black leather trims. Can't say I was a fan at all.

I saw a small - the smallest I've ever seen - white Muse today at NM. I didn't even know they made them that small. It was really cute.

I also saw a small in that tanish/camel color. And I was REALLY tempted, it was a beautiful color. Almost made me think twice about my oversized chocolate....could I have bought the oversized in that color? I never knew it existed! (I love my choco, not thinking of changing it!)

I am going to tell you guys the story here because I post her the most. My husband and I went to dinner tonight to a nice hip place here in Dallas.

I was wearing my Prada cashmere/wool blend crystal beaded skirt with mink trim and my cashmere Prada crystal matching sweater...with my nice pearls....and

....and I carried my BRAND NEW I just bought today stringray clutch! It was a small designer...but it was super expensive because of the stingray skin....

...and the waiter was putting down a spoon for dessert....and his hand hit my glass..and my red wine knocked all over me. Glass hit my head and was all around me.

The stained and RUINED my stingray clutch. One of a kind, can't be replaced.

My skirt and sweater are full of Shiraz! It seeped through so much it stained my arms.

The knots they tie between each pearl is stained with red wine. It was all over my face! My moonstone bracelet had it all over it!

Horrible!

I cry like once a year. The last time I cried was at my wedding!!!

I started balling in the middle of the restaurant....they had to pick me up and carry me to another table....glass all over me.

They are supposed to pay me back or replace the clutch and pay for the dry cleaning...and they don't know about the pearls yet.

I am so trauma trauma trauma!

This is why I only carry clutches to dinner. Imagine My leopard muse or spy! This clutch was the same price as those bags but it is small and oh my gosh. horrible night.

ohh, guccigal, i'm so so sorry - feel so bad for you...

i had a friend spill red wine all over me and my bag once - but we managed to get most of it out of my bag but my clothes were pretty much ruined.. but the bag was the first thing i reached for - and i swear my heartrate went up about 100 points when i realized the wine was on my bag - i can't imagine what you went through with your precious stingray clutch... i'm so sorry.. kisses..

I'm so sorry My mom was at this fancy luncheon once and got red wine all over her suit, it came out in a second with club soda....any chance??? I think for the pearls at least something will work to get it out...let's all think of remedies...
