The handle came off ...I was one of those who had the congac color that started looking funky after a few weeks... I really loved that bag! NM was really great about the return process though.

Is the stitching unravelling or just fraying? Mine has frayed slightly (carried about the same amount as you and taking care of it) but that will just happen naturally when you rub up against it a couple of times.

My patent muse is supposed to arrive today ... and I have to be in court all day! Waiting until tonight is going to be pure torture!!! Luckily, my bf is at home with orders not to leave the house until the fedex man makes his appearance ...

A large maybe, but depending on your bodyshape I would say not an XL. I am heavier in my arms but I can just fit it with my leather jacket on. I wouldn't be able to do it with anything bulkier.

OK, so I got my patent muse ... I've been meaning to post pics, but between school and work I'm totally swamped.

I am thinking about returning it, mostly because now I'm having second thoughts. Specifically, I'm worried taht I won't like the gold hardware if I want to wear an outfit with silver jewelry - is this dumb?

^I have never let that stop me before, in fact I actually prefer my black bags to be with gold hardware, it just looks more sophisticated and luxurious to me.
I do wear some of my black bags with gold hardware with silver jewelry..it just depends on how they all look together..sometimes not being too matchy-matchy may be a good thing too

legaldiva- I know exactly what you're talking about. I cannot wear gold and silver together. So got a few pieces of gold jewelry to match my bags with gold harware. The only advice I have for you is to return it if you don't really love it.

On the other hand, I agree with princessimp, black bags look beautiful with gold hardware.

Do you guys know are there any difference between the leather from pervious seasons and the new seasons? I saw a ivory YSL muse yesterday and the leather is softer than mine and even the colour looks a bit different? Mine one is from Feb. Do anyone know?

i'm seeing more and more of these around these days...

saw the cutest japanese girl with one today...
but it was so big and so heavy and she had on the highest chloe boots...
plus it was raining so she had an umbrella...and she was clearly struggling to walk steadily...*awww*...

but she looked great when she was standing still......

Does anyone else find the straps annoying on the Muse? They haven't softened and wearing it on the shoulder is difficult. Its the only thing I don't like about the bag.
