Fairly certain I bought the navy version of this skirt last week. It's high-waisted and a waist cincher. Makes me look tiny!

However, I'm absolutely infatuated with this dress!!!!:

I don't know if this dress is available Stateside. Have any of you lovely ladies seen it?? If not. I need help tracking this dress down and getting it to me. NEED!
