I have absolutely nothing against Kelly Osbourne - I'm quite glad she got herself cleaned up and seems to be on a nice track cleaning up her image - BUT who in the world decided that SHE is qualified to be giving fashion critiques on E! fashion police and red carpet events? she's just about the last person I would have chosen

that said, I'm not only excited to see the women this year. I feel like men like JGL and Ryan Gosling take chances when it comes to men's fashion so I can't wait to see them as well.
