i agree with miss dalloway - he is playing around ! he seems do always do that - he is a sarcastic guy and likes to joke in that kind of way

They have. As much as they're going to present it. They actually held those awards at the governor's ball, they showed clips, Lauren Bacall and some other people won. They won't do the usual presentation and speech for that.
