Go to the video's YouTube page that you want on your blog, and click the <Embed> button, on the right below the view count, copy the code given. Then go to your post on Blogspot, switch to Edit HTML tab and paste the code. You can then click Preview, or go to the Compose tab to see how it looks. Let me know if you have any trouble with it! :flower:

P.S. If you're interested in changing the size of the video on your blog, let me know, as some like to do that as well, especially if they want to put a video in a sidebar, etc...

How to put more images or how to make image that is in the beginning of my blog bigger?
And can I put some words next to that image(girl with the hat) and how?

@EnVogueLove: Blogspot header work better in horizontal. If you want to put more images, the only solution I can think of is to make your own header, putting all the pictures you want together, with Paint or some program like that, getting something like this:

(collage made my be, with pictures from Versace Atelier, model Georgina Stojiljkovic)

For adding the text, you can make it in Paint too!

Nice blog,btw! I'm following! :)

Should i add a picture to my header or let it be plain? help wanted!

I'd definitely advise you as a reader to add a picture to your header, because it looks a little "sad" right now. Having a picture that defines your blog sets the atmosphere and makes the reader want to know more about it (think of it as a teaser). It doesn't have to be definite (I changed mine in the last few weeks because I couldn't come across a picture I really liked), but still it's better to have one IMO.

Hi, guys, it's me again! This time, I'm here to share a strong dilemma that's accompanied be from ages now!

I would like to change the name of my blog (not the url, that wouldn't be extremely necessary) "MY FASHION INSIDER" , because I think it's too plain and generic, but I don't know if that's a good move... I've had a few features already, like Elle.es and Style Sample Magazine, and they refer my blog's title... As well as all the other style sharing sites... My blog it's not that known (I have 219 followers google + 34 bloglovin'), so the title is not vital. It's not like "my fashion insider" was something really recognizable...

Should I go for it, though? Appreciate your feedback! :flower:

I think it's easier for readers to follow a blog with the name in the url. And it's easier for you to promote your blog and get referenced in search engines that way too, no?
I wouldn't say it's a good move unless you start a whole new blog, but that's just my opinion! :flower:

I'm not sure if it's working with blogspot...

From a technical point of view, you can always keep the old URL, get a new URL (with the name of the new blog inside) and then redirect people who go to your old blog to your new blog.

^_^ I know a lot of bloggers who have blog title different from the url... My problem is not the url itself, but the changing of name...

With the new stats from google I was able to see that "my fashion insider" was placed second in search keywords... Since May it was searched 132 times... Maybe this is not a good idea, then... Thoughts, please? :flower:

You dont really have to. I prefer clean, crisp and easy to read text to a banner filled with images. Just my opinion really. You can always pick a beautiful font and use it as a image. Sort of what I do on my blog...

In regards to banners, I'd sum up a good banner to balance with the rest of the blog's layout and content. If your blog is very text heavy, I believe an image based banner would be refreshing and break up the monotony of all the text, and if it's a more of a photo blog, a text banner might look nicer. Especially if you must consider that if it's your desire for the photographs on your blog to look pleasing in succession, a photograph at the opening of an entry, will, in most layouts, sit directly below the banner, and if the photo(s) in the banner looks unsightly with the first photo in your entry ... well, then you have the nuisance of always attempting to, more or less, match the two. Does that make a shred of sense? Perhaps, I am the only one who would be bothered with the visual appeal of photos grouped together.

If you do a text only banner, though, definitely considering visiting a site like dafont and selecting a more personal font that reflects your blogs style, instead of choosing from the standard set that sites like Blogger offer.

All this banner discussion is inspiring me to redo my blog's banner and layout. ^_^

Yes, come to think of it, there are a lot of blogs that don't have an image in the header. What was I thinking? But as Susanna-Cole and sedirea say, in that case it's better to use a nice font because it's the first impression we get of your blog.

Can I download Paint from internet?

Guys, it's me again... I know I don't shut up, but I have a new doubt!

It's regarding labels... Since the beginning I've made my post only with models names labels and specific divisions of my blog, like "Style Diary", "Fashion Weeks", etc... for better organization.

But now, I think that adding more labels, like the specific brands I wear, name of designer, type of clothing, etc will help me being more searched worldwide...

What do you guys think? Sorry for being a pain... Thanks in advance :flower:
