It's obvious the make up artist went over board with lip liner/lipstick. Very heavy handed application, but whatever. The plastic surgery rumours will never end, even without a single bit of proof. I've noticed she hasn't aged much she's just put on weight as she's gotten older and it makes her face chubbier.

that was reportedly from when she took too many antibiotics and her face swelled up as an allergic reaction. dunno if it's true but that's what she said at the time.
