faust, i know, ann dem is your love. i first learned about ann dem back in the late 90s, there's this store in manila that carries such labels. i fell in love with helmut lang and ann dem. too bad i outgrew some ann dem pieces i got before and i gave it to my brothers or friends. i sometimes find myself daydreaming doing their catwalks. during those times, my alter ego is the little prince. fyi. now, i am the prophet.
here are 2 photos of the shoes they have in jeffreys. they have it in black and white. they're laceless and inside, there's like a 2inch elastic going across as support since there are no laces.

Just be glad they're in the middle of nowhere. You can't just accidently wander by. It is a nightmare living a block away from Atelier.

It's minus 20 degrees celcius in Helsinki...so I've definitely kept my socks on! Cos of the darn weather I've only been able terrorise my downstairs neighbours by jumping around my flat wearing the precious pair...they seem to be pretty good dancing shoes though. I'm beyond sad cos they only sell women's Ann Dem here and the store's completely uninterested in expanding into men's.

I'm absolutely cringing with delight (I'm checking everyday!!) that Aloha Rag will start carrying it - most likely a larger collection than what Luisa has, and not with $50 shipping and duties
