Indeed, for me, this quote here really shines a new light on her. I never really thought about her family, in a way it makes me a bit sad that she doesn't have one. I want to give her a hug now.

im glad she isn't afraid to say that. that she doesn't feel obligated as a woman to say "oh i want love and children and blahblahblah" if you have a job that is something you absolutely love, then it's more than ok to let that be your priority! most people spend more time at work than at home anyways...
