i'm still Team Lucy. i just realized she looks like a younger, fresher version of Kendall. a better Kendall.

a bit of experience and she could do good jobs. she's tall enough, she's got a runway body, she looks young and fresh. also, she seemed quite professional so far.

I haven't watched the new season but she does not belong in the JPG show...

like others said, if my very first runway show was JPG Haute Couture in Paris, i don't think i could walk at all. nor does she really have the body for HC. i mean, i've worked with Anne Cleveland, and she's got 'HC body' written all over her.

Jen pretty much read my mind. They could send Lucy straight to Paris. Seriously, like this coming Sept/Oct.

The rest of them… after the first few months of tests and some jobs here + there, I'd think that most will fade into obscurity like 90% of last year's casts and the one before that and the one before that…

Lucy is amazing. She can do and wear things that the other girls could never...That alone should give her the win.

And also LMFAO at people acting like everyone delivered quality materpiece material and Lucy photo let the vibe down...just lol. Lauren's photo is tragic. I don't see it being used anywhere. Her body, face, clothing, hair and background was just tragic.

thanks to the great editing from the AusNTM prize package montage, we can see that Alex, Brit, Lauren and Lucy will be safe for the next couple of weeks.

so, no, i wasn't surprised about the result.

and i'm not spoiling anything, since that montage airs every week and is plain to see.

i also wonder if their general poses were pre-assigned, cause i could think of so many more poses they could have done, instead of the catalog ones they decided to use...

i'm not too sure. my money was firmly on Shanali last season, all the 'she's so different'-talk for Melissa aside. cause seriously, with a bit of a push, Shanali would have had the look for intl runways

I guess we will see! It's quite obvious not only how the winner's edit is being pushed but even the producing/shooting side of it.

I agree - Shanali was the judges and industry's choice for sure, but the voters got Melissa over the line - the producer's wouldn't want that to happen again for this series!!

Jess' biggest setback is certainly her height. She barely looks 5'7". Standing next to the other girls, she looks positively miniature even taking into consideration the photo angles, shoes worn, posture, etc.

I feel like the show has already gone down that road. Short girl that takes great pictures, it never seems to be enough to overcome the height issue as the show pretends and hasn't worked out for any of them. I could be wrong about her... in a way, I think that the industry prefers to discover its own shorties to make exceptions for.

Seconded. Does Lucy have a birthmark under her eye that they keep caking over with makeup? Or was that just a rash in a couple of the episodes? If she does she should show it off, it would set her apart from just about every model in the world.

I was really rooting for Jordan after Phoebe left. She was the other one who was almost runway ready.

You're all giving Lauren a bit of a hard deal. She has the potential, but she's not there yet. Her photo this week was the best of the bunch. She also seems a lot more comfortable within her own skin than all the other girls.

Lucy winning all the important campaigns in the cycle REALLY says who will have impressive work post-show and who wont. It's been done and seen so many times. She won JBronze and there is no way she wont win the Colgate

Lucy is obviously set on the more commercial site of modeling she probably do well next eps.
