does kimora actually think she's a fashion designer?
Grilllllzzzz arent going to create a positive buzz for this collection, espcially since she does not design anything. I dont thkn there can be a comparison to tht of Alexander Mcqueen shows where there is an artistic effort into te outcome of the props and show.crow_watcher said:Oh come on, it's not that serious! I'm sure Kimora was only tongue-in-cheek with the grills. it all about creating a 'buzz' over her collection. Its artistic props used in a similiar fashion like Alexander McQueen is with his collection.
You gotta love Fashion!

you're right about creating buzz... but with mcqueen, his clothes are amazing. there's nothing to buzz about with baby phat

I dont mind "urban" Id say my style is rather urbanish, but when I THINK mainstream urban I think of denim jumpsuits with BIG 8k gold plated doorknocker earrings and Timberlands. No, sorry. Ghetto fab is something ghetto people came up with in order to vindicate thier tastelessness. Sorry. There is no fabulousness in a pale pink Escalade w/ spinners or a diamond Hello Kitty choker.crow_watcher said:^^Well, there's room for everything else in fashion so why not Ghetto? Some of her designs are urban related but certainly not all.
I think someone coined the word "Ghetto Fab".
