Very true! When I saw it online I thought it was a bit old lady too...
but that wasn't the case when I saw it in person.

I showed the leopard coat to my boyfriend last night and he said...
" that would be cute.... if you were a Russian hooker "

I don't know what should worry me more...
that he has bad taste or that he seems to know what a Russian hooker looks like.

i think the leopard jacket would look cute on a very young or very petite woman. i think on me it would just look as if i'm one of those crazy old ladies.

can't wait to see what the the patent leather jacket looks like in person. on the model on "the looks segment" online it looks rather tight in the arms. hopefully this will not be the case. i hope that the wrist area has zippers...

and i hope some of you are just as excited about the p. schouler for target news as i am:-)

this girl is standing so dumb. it makes the jacket look like crap. it's really nice.

Sorry, peppers, that your order is supposed to ship so late!! What crap! Hopefully you can find those items in your local Targets...I saw the skirt in mine today.

I just finally saw the stuff in person and a lot of it looks cheapy to me.
I did like the leopard jacket (although not sure it'd look good on me) and the white dress. Very nice! The satin stuff was icky with lots of hanging threads. Too bad, I've really been crazy over GO from the beginning, as well.

they might run just a little small. i bought a large in both, and i have an average body size. the cropped tuxedo jacket does stretch and isnt a flexible material, so thats why, and i don't like my cardigans tight when i button them. the medium fit, but not how i wanted it to.

Target is so weird, I just got an email from Target that what was supposed to ship in January shipped today. YEAH.

My local Target finally put their stuff out. I would say the sizing looks to run a little tiny bit big. I still found the skirts and pants to be too large in the waist and hips.
The tops fit me very well, which probably proves my point that they're a little large - I'm slender but busty, and I didn't get any gapping between buttons on the blouses or anything.

i like that some of the items have that ribbon bow. that's a trademark of the designer.

i just read that luella is coming out with her own makeup line. i hope it will be released in the states. i'm glad that a designer is branching out more after being part of this series.

i cant wait to see what the layered lace dress looks like in person.

I got the borcade skirt yesterday and it is darling. It even had pockets which I love. I did go a size up from my normal size so that the skirt sits on my hips and is a little longer. I think I will be able to dress is up for a cocktail party or dress it down and wear it to work. I wasn't crazy about the rest of the collection, but the skirt it great.

Yum Yum Yum. I just received my first shipment from Target from my online shopping spree last weekend. I will definitely be keeping the black/white duffel bag (so cute, love the black patent leather) and the cream cardigan with the lace down the front. I will be returning the white cardigan with the lace that goes all over the sweater (the overlay of the lace just doesn't fit right to me), and the black cropped jacket (it is very cute, but I am not into the collar, and the fit doesn't work for me, but still cute and well made for the price). After trying these items on, I would say that they fit pretty true to form to a little small (but very little). Can't wait for the other items.

Ohhh, that's very smart. I looked at that skirt (and the black striped skirt) for a long time and decided not to try them on after thinking they were a bit too short for me.

yep, its definitely in the collection. they mention it in the target pressroom images.

I went to Target last night and checked out what all the fuss was about. The Leopard jacket and the black denim miniskirt looks like it could be a perfect outfit, for a hooker! hahah but otherwise I really loved the funky, original feel to the pieces and I ended up getting this hot little NYC Necklace. It was the last one. It has all these cute charms on it. I will post a pic soon
