Donna Karan worked those three colors into every possible combo, black dresses with grey belted waists, a blue taffeta mens shirt with black pencil skirt, a blue draped column dress with grey belt, blue satin bustier with grey belt over black bodysuit and trousers.....

Marc Jacobs played with it too.

I'm loving the black and blue. I have always liked the black and navy or cobalt combos (even though I have been shamed for "clashing" )

Black and metallic blue is really elegant yet modern and eye catching to me. I am not so much into black and grey... they look good together but doesnt appeal to me as much.

While the combination is nice, I must say that blue is one of the most boring hues in clothing. It's much too conservative.
