Have you tried exercising the muscles in your chest? I imagine strong muscle tissue more than anything else (not counting a boob job) will help keep your boobs from going south.
Yoga bust excersise:
Fold your hands over your chest
Put your right hand on the side(not the front) of your upper left arm (likewise with your left hand on your right upper arm)
and press out wards.
Look at your chest while doing this, while you press your chest should raise a bit..
