olga, i hadnt seen your reply . i dont know, i dont really consider emmanuelle to be the actress who tries to pull of the 'red-carpet look', she looks kinda weird to me in most of her appearances (ahem, cannes 2003) so her hairdo is not much of a surprise..or shock. i think it looks cute even if she's in her..40s?.

I actually believe she was asking whether it was indeed her.
Emmanuelle Beart was born in 1965, and does go for more unusual looks.
I still must admit though... that I like her better with her hair down.

Emmanuelle Beart looks awful. She looks like a housewife who forgot to take off her curlers and change out of her housedress.

Emmanuelle Beart looks quite awful these days when it comes to her apperance. I can't pinpoint what it is, but she was once extraordinarily beautiful (Manon des Sources), and now there's something OFF about her. Plus, her clothing choices at times are...bizarre. :: sigh :: Sophie Marceau is the best of the French contingent this year, I think.
