How to get this look...?

I saw this picture in Star Style and fell in love with Nicole's hair... How can I achieve this look? What styling products could I use to have this soft separated sections (?) of the hair...? Thanks!

She curls it in ringletts with a large barrel curling iron and then finger combs the ringletts into soft waves. Dont use a brush or the curl will come right out. She also probably has some soft product in her hair too.

I was getting my hair cut & the example picture I brought had the girl and her hair was a little piecy like that. She told me to get, like a hair wax gel/creme. I think it comes in a pot; or you can get it in stick form that you rub on your hands and then apply on your hair.

another easy way to get that look is to blow dry ur hair and straighten it a bit so it can be smooth, then add (i'll recommend the one i use bio sea & sun sea salt spray. it gives my hair that exact same look.

Dewi Driegen's Hair

Im going to be going to castings soon for catwalk modelling and i really wanna go something like Dewi's colour (not as white though) but you dont seem to see many light blonde models out there so im thinking if i should or not, my hair colour is like light brown but it had blonde foils in it which now have mostly gone...I also have a side fringe and you like hardly ever see models with them?
im 5'10.. Im trying to post a photo but bloody dont know how loll


Also does Dewi dye her eyebrows because they seem to be very blonde..?

Any help would be great
