Chanel Haute Couture S/S 06 Paris

The problem is that I'm from Spain and fashion here hasn't a good level (Cibeles catwalk). So I'm afraid of studyimg here and see that my dream never comes true. But studying abroad is very expensive so I don't know what to do. : (

That sounds like a great attitude, and the gang here at tFS will be very supportive! And, being a very partial Chanel fan, I'd suggest maybe going back through our Chanel HC threads and maybe Style.com for the past shows- there are tons of good, inspiring pictures and ideas around here!! :woot: ;)

To this day, that long plain white satin column with the ties up the back on Natasha Poly is one of my absolute favorite Karl for Chanel Haute Couture designs. Then again many of the evening looks in particular are among his most beautiful. I'd have to say that this might have been the last, or one of the last, couture shows that he did which was more perfect than not. The presentation totally altered the scale of his shows -- not necessarily for the better in every case -- and along with that the scale of the clothes. He let go of some of his subtler impulses after this collection.
