Chanel Haute Couture S/S 2015 Paris

Perhaps an idea of what it would be like for Marc to be head honcho at Chanel?

It felt very spirited, subversive in a light hearted way. Interesting how looks, though they used flowers, though they referenced very feminine and ladylike fabrics and techniques, were not beautiful, at least not in a traditional way. The five black looks mid way through helped to cut the sugar.

in video things look a lot better but still, meh, i think the shapes are strange. the embellished pieces are nicer though.

I don’t mind the collection at all. The clothes actually will translate very well off the runway. However, the headpieces, the masks and the make-up just threw me off.

I actually the clothes are generally pretty, shapes are also feminine and color palettes pleasant. I just don't find it ground breaking, which is fine for the HC Chanel customers I assume.
Personally, no one surpasses Marc Jacobs for LV's ugliness.

My favourite collection from Karl in years, adore most of the looks. It reminds me a bit of the 2006 Spring Couture and 2003 Spring Couture collections, both of which I adored.
