Chanel S/S 10 Paris

So why isn't the video up on the Chanel website?? Still...??

^ Licensing issues related to Lily Allen's performance? Still they could put other music over that.

^Yeah ...

It must be a matter of time until they put the full video up, can't wait ...

I really think Karl was trying to reflect youth in this collection, its no longer all about all the old socialists, nee Lady Amanda Harlech. I really liked the ending of the show, very interesting idea for Chanel. However, I really didnt like how Lily looked. IMO, she looked sloppy =/.
As far as the collection goes, I love the use of nudes and the crotched sweaters.

Karl, there was some mix up- this guy got the job I was supposed to get...Please correct this for the future shows...^_^

^ Yes! That is one of my all time favorite fashion videos!! How exciting it must be to be part of it!! ^_^

Thanks for the full video and details video links! This has become one of my favorite Chanel shows...The clothes were almost without exception beautiful and very wearable, and the staging and music were brilliant!! I mean- a string quartet into the Rolling Stones and Lily doing country with the girls 'dancing'!! Great stuff! And the details, as usual, are amazing- and it's also clear how stunningly beautiful these girls are- you can't really appreciate it from far off! Bravo Karl!! :flower:

Oh Chanel

I hated the clogs. I just don't understand them. It's definetly a trend that I hope does not catch on. :yuk:Just doesn't seem Chanel.

Overall I liked the collection though. Very pretty.I didn't mind the backdrop too much. I think Karl was trying to channel the French past.

I loooooe this collection! I just don't like the clogs. But everything with Baptiste is fine by me:lol:

Really LOVE the whole mens collection, it is all amazing!
