I saw the full campaign and i like it! It's good, classic and those "flag" shots in front of The Flore is going to be iconic.
The styling is very simple and it seems more about the woman than the clothes.

Judging from the RTW campaign, we can expect a colorful accessories campaign. This ad is almost accessories-free.

I have to say the more shots I see the more I 'get' it. That said, I still think the Chanel ads need a fresh point of view in the ads but I can appreciate this more. Gisele brings a layer of elegance and sophistication which is very unique and makes me love her even more!

very simple but very effective. I would have preferred another timeless model than Gisele, she has never been a model I warmed to. But the setting and poses are great.
I wonder if my lock is seen in the "lover bridge" picture? there were thousands when I went!

OMG!

I adooore Gisele and I thought she was brilliant in the Chanel No5 ad and film.

But - you literally took the words right out of my mouth. When I saw this, I literally thought "hmm... I can see Claudia being more right for this". crazy!!

With that being said, I still think Gisele is great here. i love the romance of Paris in b&w. the pic where she's sitting at the bottom of the stairs and the shot is taken from below her, looking up. i think it's really beautiful.

I think the B&W looks terrible actually. Too dark. It's better than previous seasons but still a little bit cheap...

I love this, but the backgrounds look odd, like this was done using a green screen and the backgrounds were digitally added. The pic with the cars and the lights does remind me of Marion ' s dior ads
