the dark brown is not almost black at all. it looks just like the photo of the bag in the above picture. it is a true dark chocolate brown. i bought it and it is beautiful.

Congrats! It's a really gorgeous bag! I saw a lady carrying the new chocolate brown today and it was STUNNING!! The most beautiful and glamorous color yet, I think. It looks dressier and less rugged than the original brown. I have a friend who has four silverados and she reckons this is the best color yet.

I am torn between this and the natural, which I also love for some reason.

Even though I got the neutral, and I love it more and more, and people really compliment on it.

However the brown is more classic, I guess it depends on your style.

The bag has such lovely variations of dark brown in person. I was amazed. I thought I was over the silverado until I saw this color. The price you paid is well worth it, I'm sure!

That print on that bag is so ugly, IMO.

Since its natural snakeskin the pattern differs, and this is a really bad one I think. It does not photograp well, plus in a large size

I love the natural.. it's so edgy and hip but the dark brown or light brown is so classic.. Now, I am contemplating on returning both so I could get the brown.

that's funny -- I have both too! I feel like such a chloe wh*re. I think the large looks nice on (just like the ad), but when held in the hand is too much like a duffle. aesthetically, the medium is more attractive. I can't decide about the natural either (actually, it's called "marble", which I think is a more interesting name), which probably means I'll return both as well. the snakeskin is so soft and matte -- very different from my brown which has a bit of sheen to it.

Was in Singapore the past few days...Saw a glamourous petite lady with a Large Beige Python. Same as handbagbabe's beige one, which a photo was posted sometime ago on this thread. The bag was GOOORGEEEEOUS!!! Although it was a Large it looked fabulous on her, and dare I say, somehow even MORE fabulous!! I could not stop staring...and drooling at her bag....

pucci_mama...now I totally understand your sentiment on the Large Gold which you mentioned earlier in this thread! Can only imagine how fabulously gorgeous it would have been!! No wonder the Chloe NYC SAs were saying how the Large would not appear that big on anyone...

Saw a Red calfskin silverado too....gorgeous too!!! The leather was so supple!! Definitely worth considering.....
