Yes lilygirl, I agree totally... you guys have been great help - I learnt alot after joining TFS - for sure one of the pointers to note was not to be a sucker to eBay scam sellers... ;p

So where should I start calling to get this gorgeous metallic python bag... should I try my luck and put my name at NAP or LVR? Lastly, anyone can tell me how much is this bag retailed at now? Thanks heaps!

If you are located in South East Asia, you can try The Link stores or On Peddar..however there's an EXTREMELY limited selection though

If you are not in the US, do ensure that whichever store you locate the python bag at has the license to export python overseas, just so that you don't get into trouble with customs.

well.. here we go... i probably wont wear it with these clothes since i just grabbed whatever i could to wear and take pics...
the color is absolutely amazing.. its brown + olive + dark dark dark grey at the same time.. very versitile..

hmm well they did have the matching skirt when i bought the top..
i dont know if my top is cacharel, the tag was cut when i bought it..
but it could be cacharel..

apparently lots of designers make their clothes in korea because of the manufacturing costs... of course china is WAY cheaper but korean factories do a better job quality wise..

ive seen lots of chacharel, tahari, marc jacobs, bcbg max azria, and dvf clothes floating around without tags.. factory leftovers or clothes with slight defects... selling for a fraction of the retail price

Chiangsi - honestly I am clueless if we are allowed to import python actually (thanks for that vital reminder)....

I have checked the local On Peddar store previously for paddington bags... its hilarious when I was told that they only brought in 1x tan and 1x brown... and they are both reserved for their priviledged customers.... they didnt even want to bring it out to show me...

Sorry if this was repeated - but is your bag the dark brown or olive shade (in chloe color terms)? I got confused when you described your bag color as 'brown+olive+dark dark dark grey', lol....

Seller of the item is giving me a refund... minus 15%... oh well, at least it's something. She said she will issue the refund as soon as she receives the bag... is this normal ebay procedure?

Poo!! That is ridiculous and one of the reasons why I don't like to get my Chloe' stuff from Singapore. (I am from Singapore too!!)

I have got python bags sent to me from overseas, but just check with wherever you are purchasing from if they have the license to export python. Paddingtons are no problem at all since they are all-leather.

You might like to check Chloe' Bahrain to see if they have any silveradoes that you like. Their service is excellent and never disappoints....

The funny thing is that she described it completely accurately! It IS brown+olive+grey. But to make things clearer, Chloe's actual color code is 032/Souris and they consider it more of a khaki green. The dark brown this season is more of a true chocolate brown (with antiqued gold hardware) while this one has more of a khaki green undertone to it (and antiqued silver hardware).
