Anybody else worry about the wear on the satin lacing on those leather Silverados, or is it just me? I have the python, and the leather lacing seems pretty sturdy, but I'd worry about spending $$$ for a handbag with satin ribbon lacing...

No. The bags lmonte posted are all new spring bags. Harvey Nicks was discounting the fuschia bags.

As you may know, the python colors for spring/summer are as follows:

Green, Gold, Dark Pink, Cognac, White, Natural Diamond, Pewter, Black & Dark Brown.

I'm definitely getting the natural and dark pink....but someone called me about the pewter as well, and I wondered how it might look.

Yes.....I bought this bag from the BG store in NYC about a month ago. It was definitely beautiful, but I thought the gold would be a bit too much/limiting so ended up returning it. Plus, I have a gold Theda from last year which I prefer, and I'd rather have this bag in other colors.

Still a great bag though.....currently available at BG.com and NM.com.

Here's a pic of the bag I took in natural sunlight before I returned it. Not sure if that gives you any better idea of the color. It's not really shiny. Somewhat matte...but it's definitely a metallic gold.
