^ I didn't need to see it, but from what I've read here, it seems that a lot of people did.
Absolutely
.
I won't name names but I was disturbed with those posters claiming they needed 'more information' to form an opinion on the attack.
When two people have a row and one of them get beat up (and there was never any doubt that Rihanna was beaten up), you don't need 'more information' to form a moral judgement and condemn the violent attack as wrong.
The need for more information only goes into making sure the attacker get a fair punishment and complementary help if needed.
I am kind of glad this was released, to be honest.
After Brown's terrible statement I was secretly hoping Rihanna's camp would release a picture as a retaliation for his assness.
I know it's an horrible violation of privacy, I know it feeds the voyeurism of the bottom-feeders of our society, etc. But Chris' attitude made it the only course of action possible, imo. His statement clearly showed he hoped to get away with what he'd done with no more than a slap on the wrist.
A picture always inflicts more damages than rumors.
Chris's team will not be able to spin this.
Edited to add: the reports of her having bruises in the shape of horns were obviously accurate. I believe such reports emanated from TMZ. The same source got hold of the picture. Obviously, some police officers close to the case have been leaking information to TMZ.
Which would mean that the reports from the same source claiming he choke her unconscious and abandoned her on a parking lot have a very strong chance of being accurate as well...
