Classic Chanel Bags

candicec, those bags are beautiful . Are the two white (or are they cream) the exact same bags? Also, are they the normal 2.55 size or are they jumbo? It's hard to tell in the pics.

The one on top is the beige lambskin in regular size 2.55
The black cloth one is a little smaller, but I would still say basic size for that style.
The one on the left is definitely a smaller chanel bag, more square than rectangular, but not sure what size it's officially called...it is the most unique color ever though, it is a pale, pale grey blue..it's vintage, so it does need to be cleaned, but I just love the color!

i am not sure about the exact name of the bag, but i know that it was part of a line a few years back where a lot of the bags looked golf inspired? i've also seen pictures of scarlett johanson sporting the bag in black if that helps. i would suggest thhat you should call the chanel 800 number.

fezbatik, if you do find that bag, keep in mind that it's going to be horrible keeping it clean, as well as keeping scratches at bay. That's definitely lambskin and when I first saw the white smooth hobo I fell in love, however, it was already dirty and scratched and that was at a boutique . Can you imagine what it would look like after a few wearings? Be careful with lambskin especially the smooth bags where there's no quilting or other lines to divert your eyes.

I have one just like it and it's patent leather w/silver hardware. I just can't imagine it with gold hardware. Now, I definitely want a white lambskin w/gold hardware but they are two different looks and it will be nice to be able to mix up the hardware a little bit.

I LOVE LOVE Silver Hardware! And I love your bag!!!
I much prefer silver hardware, but happen to own three with gold hardware just because they are vintage and I guess I couldn't find them in silver.

But yes, you can't go wrong with silver!! I wear a lot of white and so my chanel bags with silver hardware match more. So pretty!

so i guess silver is a more modern addition to the chanel line? i think it adds much more..there's gold which is just classic, and silver which is more modern that's cool you have both in your collection, candicec!
