Coldplay

I thought this was funny.....when the band Radiohead was asked what they thought of Coldplay and their x&y album ....they said "is this album made for a college fraternity?" I thought that was soooooo funny...because in my opinion it is for college faternity......I very much dislike their third album....

Radiohead has never been fond of Coldplay in the first place. Based on their comments from interviews and concerts, I think the members of Coldplay are well aware that X&Y was not as embraced as their previous two albums. I honestly think its because all the songs are poorly written about Gwyneth's grief about her dad dying (seriously, every song). This is quite unfortunate because in between ROBTH and meeting Gwyneth they were making some very great (unreleased) songs.

^^^^^ I don't know why but that's funny....not funny that Paltrows' dad being dead and all but now I see the light of true meaning to their cheesiness on their X&Y album....good grief....I guess this album would be perfect to buy for someone who have lost a love one?

seriously?

he was a nice kid in 00/01 but not sure what he's like now. kinda question the sincerity of his humility these days but it's nice they've done so well. wouldn't say he's especially stylish though. always has had dodgy shoes.

I love him and the band. The songs are beautiful. I don´t really like the way he dresses but I don´t think he cares about it.

I love Coldplay. It's my favourite band ever.
I actually started to love them seeing the live on sept 7th 2005, and since ten I saw them 3 times! (2 times in concert and one time at conan's show).
I am pretty obssessed with them. I own more than 30 CDs (including 3 vinyls). Don't ask me how obssessed I am, I spent hundreds for mugs, blankets, lithographs... now I regret it, but each time Coldplay is aired on the radio, all the money are worth it, they're just amazing, amazing band.
i don't have my fave song, because all of their songs are really good, but right now I'm into Politik.
I have crush on all of them, but I like Jonny the most He's single so ya never know *wink wink*

I think I'll stop for now...

Sometimes I think I'm the only person in the world that really doesn't like Coldplay. I only song I like is Yellow, I think I just don't like his voice.
