^I don't like the design of their website either, so I'm sorta not surprised by their bad customer service. Their online shop seems a bit of a rush job.

I am not a fan of COS online store too. I got couple of gift cards for X'mas, but just found out they cannot be applied in online store. If they are not ready, they really shouldn't launch the store in such a hurry and unprofessional manner.

You can't use H&M's gift cards online either. It's not about it being done unprofessionally, it's just the way they work clearly. A lot of companies have that policy when it comes to gift cards.

My first complaint re. quality. I got a bunch of their basis tees - this one, and I recommended them to my sis. She got three (I have four) but after wash, she experienced that they shrank (never been a problem for me) and one got twisted seams. I immediately checked mine and found that one of them was ridiculously twisted in the seams too. I believe two inches! I refunded it yesterday and got my money back even though I purchased it half a year ago. So, at least they are as large as H&M in these matters. My sis got hers exchanged. It hasn't put me off the tees because I really love them - and I can refund IF they are faulty but disappointing that the quality control is so-so. I only had problems with one out of four, but my sister had two out three.

Has somebody made experience with cashmere garments by COS? 125€ seems very, very favourable.

@cologne_rocks: I have purchased their cashmere sweaters in the past (also some from the men section) and I'm quite satisfied with their cashmere garments. But the sweater were bought a couple of years ago. I still wear them and the quality is still fine. Last year I bought some cashmere scarves and hats from the women section and they are super soft and so warm.
@advo: Regarding the issue of the pocket shirt, I have heard so many complaints for this particular shirt. That's the main reason why I refuse to buy the shirt. Many customers seem to have the same issues as you and that's probably the reason why COS is refunding the shirt.

@fruchtwerg, that's such a shame because I really love the tees. The ones that aren't faulty are quite good quality.

I've got to say the quality of their basic tees is quite mixed. I have a shirt from them that I got over a year ago now, that developed holes quite quickly. I still wear it around the house as a comfy shirt, but can't wear it out now because it has holes everywhere (not just at the seams). however, I've had really good experience with the more expensive shirts from there so it clearly just depends.

I've got a lot by COS: dresses, sweaters (wool & cashmere) tees, pants etc. I never got any quality problems with my items. I guess it depends on the particular production. Maybe you got a shirt from a bad production.

My first experience with cos was bizarre to say the least.
I ordered a bra which hadn't arrived after 5 weeks, so I wrote to customer service and was told that it had gone out of stock the day I ordered it. Like...... thanks for letting me know at the time!

I had a question and a complain about their online store, they never wrote me back.

i did my first order with them on tuesday and today , friday it arrived! i love everything i got. i mostly bought sale stuff but their tops seem really amazing quality great silk and wool and the wool skirt i got is nicely lined and hemed . great cuts. i'll be interested to see how they wear so i can become a regular customer! fast shipping.

got this cotton men's shirt today, can't wait to wear it with cigarette pants and loafers for spring! Their men's shirts are the BEST quality, I love them.

How are the prices in UK COS stores compared to those on their website in €?

Their customer service is so bad. I ordered a jumper on March 27 that I only received today (May 9th). The situation was very badly handled by their CS, who kept telling me to "wait a bit more" or that they "didn't know" where the parcel was, and that after my numerous emails. I left a message on their Facebook page to express my disapointment. I hope this won't happen ever again or I will not buy anything from them anymore.
