COS Collection of Style

Well, I hope it won't be as bad as it sounds:blink:

I wanted to get a coat at cos... I've been looking for one with clean lines, preferably collarless, without any ladylike details for months now.

I hate that they don't feature the more colorful selection of their range on the website...

I have to say that this was the first time, that I was truly disappointed regarding of the sale. The reduction was little with just 30% for most of the pieces, especially the outerwear, and in comparision with previous sale events just a little amount of the winter collection was reduced. I used to buy bags full of clothing but this time I hardly find anything useful though I love the winter collection!

I went to a Cos store in Berlin yesterday and I was so impressed! I got this gorgeous rouched black pencil dress reduced by 50% from 49 euro and a beautiful dress coat with a slight sparkle through it reduced by 50% again to 75 euro! Both classic items you need in your wardrobe! I find the quality of Cos so good as well. Definitely better value than anything I'd ever find in Melbourne.

i am so glad it's summer soon i don't like their winter colour palette :(

want bright colours!

was in hamburg store - nice nice place, love new pieces from spring, nightwear and all kind of paper-thin knitwear, dresses ( structured red one was AMAZING ) but din't bought anything - sale was 30-50% so little too much for me right now

It seems to me the sales only get good after two weeks (read: towards the end). I've always been able to score really amazing finds at the sales, and I remember having this exact same complaint during the summer only to be told that they save the best discounts for the end. Hope it's still true, though; for a store that is generally on the Zara price range it seems to me their prices have gone through the roof this last year...

COS has always been more expensive than Zara, at least in DK, but who cares. The quality just cannot be compared to Zara, everything from Zara either looks cheap in person or falls apart.

Agree, COS was always pricier than Zara but for me this year their prices seems to be increased as well. As long as the quality is still fine, I can live with it.

We got COS in my town in October, I don't have anything to compare price-wise

Okay, I see. I have COS in my town right from the beginning, so it should be since 2007. From my view, they have raised the prices. I remember that I could buy a really nice winter coat for just below 200€ now most of the winter coats cost around 225€.

Does anyone know which one of the COS stores in London that is the best?

I totally feel you Fruchtzwerg. I used to find a lot of nice stuffs during sale, but this year nothing really sings to me.

BTW, I noticed the price increase as well, at least their leather jackets/skirts are now pricy than they used to be.

I've not been to the Kensington High Street COS store, but in my opinion, I like the Regent Street store the best. I think the layout/selection/size is the best.

All the London ones are good I think. I'd say Kensington are the best cos it's never busy and they always have full stock

out of the 5 COS stores in London you all like 3 different ones  But thanks!!! I'll def try to check out all 3 of them..I mean it's all about shopping and eating when I got to London anyway :innocent:

My BF got amazing stuff at the sales...nothing for me though.

New stuff:

The red trousers look really nice! The skirt makes me think of Hebden :D

Haven't been to COS in over 2 months... ^Ida, you make me want to see what they have in...maybe next week when the pay drops.
