Back to the topic, here are the rumored public figures to appear on the cover of Vogue USA for September:

• Gigi Hadid
• Nicki Minaj
• Naomi Campbell
• Charli D'Amelio
• Kamala Harris

Stan Twitter are saying that it's Nicki Minaj since last month, but let's see if that rumor is true.

I'm throwing Ana de Armas into the mix. She has two movies out in November (Bond and Deep Water) and has been having a "moment" since Knives Out.

I can see Ana on a US Vogue cover, but maybe Oct or Nov? If not Vogue, then another big title. The Bond publicity machine will make sure of that.

I suspect that it's either Kamala Harris or Naomi/black all model issue. I doubt that it's Nikki or Ana, they don't fit into the 'hope' theme of the month.

Zoe Kravitz in Vogue US could be major and if she’s photographed by Ethan James Green, better. But I don’t think she’ll get the cover in the rest of 2020. I bet we’ll see at least 2 WOC in the rest of 2020 and of course, Gigi Hadid pregnant or with her baby (maybe for december).

Ditto on Gigi. Anna wouldn't pass a chance to feature a story of a sheltered celebrity struggling with her pregnancy during the pandemic. Something like "Gigi Glowing Against All Odds" would be the headline.

It would be nice to see Julia Roberts for the September cover of Vogue America, her smile is an antidepressant, she hasn't appeared on the cover of Vogue in decades, the last one dates back to the 90s!!!!for September Vogue it takes a great star or a great model, maybe even Viola Davis photographed by Annie Leibovitz, in perfect Vogue style !!!!
