Daily Exercise #2

20 minute bike ride
20 minute run
2 hours of raking leaves. :lol: That sounds stupid, but my arms are killing me.
 
2 mile run...today was really hard for some reason.:doh:
 
I've just completed 30 minutes on the X trainer... & I'm so hot and sweaty now - yuck!
 
Monday- SPINNING 60min
Wednesday- SPINNING 50min
Thursday - BODYPUMP 60min
Saturday- SPINNING 60min
 
1 hour on the treadmill...I'll do another hour tonight.
 
had bikram this morning for the typical 90 mins

then adult ballet for 2 hours.

sore sore sore and hungry hungry hungry
 
i really need to start to exercise. i dance a little but other than that ive never been to the gym or gone for a run or anything in my life. i'm seventeen. :/ i have a very fast metabolism so i'm naturally skinny and have never felt the need to exercise, but i want to tone up and get fit.

any tips on how to get started/keep at a routine? :smile:
 
gah i would... but i live about 3 hours from melbourne. i'm thinking of joining fernwood. or at least getting my friend to do some group classes with me to start off with.

just out of curiosity though, virgin active sounds interesting... is it only for beginners?
