can i get abs somewhat like these with just crunches? or will i have to do situps too?

The most important factor in seeing abdominal definition is body fat percentage....so if it was at a low enough level you'd see them. Crunches only really work the top abs, you should throw in some obliques work and some pilates moves to target the other abdominal muscles
why thanks babe ... welli definetyl have some... put to feel them i have to stick my finger throught some " fat" so i guess now ill work on cutting back fat..
