And do you think tennis is good to loose a little bit of fat?
 
DaisyLovesJack: I used to do modern dance. It's great, you exercise your body a lot and it's fun at same time.
 
Yes, of course, but I guess it depends on intensity of the training you do ... if are going to learn tennis with a trainer, I'm sure s/he will make you sweat a lot.
 
Played on the swing for 20 minutes ^_^
I had forgotten how good it is! And I got tired, it's a relaxing exercise hehe
 
Today I'm adding yoga to my workout and I'm already excited for it.
I will work out with my mom who is not as fit as I am but way more flexible so it's going to be interesting. I guess my mom will have a lot to laugh. :p

Swimming - 1 hour
 
30 minute run/walk with the dog but it was too hot so we came home :stuart:
 
30min hill cycling program @ gym
30min hill fast walk program @ gym
stretches + light weights
