Yes, of course, but I guess it depends on intensity of the training you do ... if are going to learn tennis with a trainer, I'm sure s/he will make you sweat a lot.
Today I'm adding yoga to my workout and I'm already excited for it.
I will work out with my mom who is not as fit as I am but way more flexible so it's going to be interesting. I guess my mom will have a lot to laugh.
