SO TRUE, I always thought butterfly was a killer.... & that was when I was in swimming condition.45 min of swimming. Just a few laps, spent most of the time learning the Butterfly on my own, learned the movements by watching a good youtube video and it was great, I could never finish a lap though every time I tried, it's so exhausting. What is great, is that after you do like 10 times, you feel the water a lot more light and if you do Crawl or Breast Stoke you realize how easy and how much more faster you can do it. Butterfly is really good for the arms, shoulders, chest and backs.
