Yesterday: Swimming for about 45mins + 35/40mins walking (I walk quite fast)
Today: About 40mins of the Pussycat Dolls workout dvd
Yeah yeah I know lame haha I'm just getting back into regular exercise though I'll be moving onto the Tracey Anderson dance dvd when I've got a bit more fitness and confidence.

I have been soo lazy today
I went for a 30 minute power walk though
Will do some skipping
I slept in an awkward position and my butt hurts
I want a massage and I think I know who might give me one
