32 mins on the fat burning program on the elliptical machine
push-ups, sit-ups, squats

Yesterday: Swimming for about 45mins + 35/40mins walking (I walk quite fast)
Today: About 40mins of the Pussycat Dolls workout dvd
Yeah yeah I know lame haha I'm just getting back into regular exercise though :) I'll be moving onto the Tracey Anderson dance dvd when I've got a bit more fitness and confidence.
This thread is so encouraging keep it up everyone!^_^
 
30 mins cardio (while watching Family Guy! The only thing that keeps me going)
 
2.0 mi Treadclimber.
15 min stretches.
Double cable cross twist & wood chop - 2 sets of 10 on each side.
 
I have been soo lazy today
I went for a 30 minute power walk though
Will do some skipping
I slept in an awkward position and my butt hurts
I want a massage and I think I know who might give me one :D
 
20 mins elliptical
20 mins treadmill
10 mins cycle
10 mins rowing machine
30 mins weights

plus 5 mile hilly walk to and from work
