I'm going to log my workout for the past week because I'm very proud of myself for being consistent! And I haven't worked out in months so it's been very overdue... ㅜㅜ
btw I took frequent walking breaks during my workouts because I'm that out of shape
Wednesday: 1 hour run
Thursday: 35 minute run
Saturday: 30 minute run
Monday: 30 minute run
Tuesday: 40 minute run
Wednesday: 50 minute run
Thursday (Today 40 minute run
I do three hours a day on my XL Glider. It's a smaller and better quality version of Tony Little's Gazelle. I've removed the handles from mine and attached five pound weights to each of the legs to make it more difficult.
