Daily Exercise

^ Bonchic, do you SEE a difference with all of those stretches and exercises? You do much, I'm curious as to the results. :flower:
 
Wow....I'm such a wuss compared to everyone else...I only jogged on the treadmill for half an hour on an incline....incline was 15 out of 20 whatever that means....I just started working out 3 weeks ago, so I'm a newbie.

I hear you. I just started trying to jog, but I feel better already.

I do that everyday. Sometimes more than once. However, I don't do yoga.
I do stomach crunches and stretches everyday as well.

Oh - dancing qualifies as exercise??? :blush: If that's the case, I get a workout all the time.:D

yes.. I started stretching before and after a few months ago because I knew I was suppose to. To like prevent injuries and get your muscles warmed up. Also I've heard/read that it helps your muscles to not be as bulky:huh: or something like that. I notice a big difference when I exercise and when I don't. I stopped doing situps, etc.. for a while but I'm back at it because I loved the results:blush:

Yesterday...30 minutes of weights and 60 minutes of spinning.
 
also today...
50 situps
200 leg lifts (each leg)... and that's all for today^_^ Tomorrow I'm going out of town for a funeral so I'm not sure what exercising I'll be doing :doh:
 
I didn't run this morning because I was going to go somewhere but there was a change of plans.. I decided to go ahead and take the day off from running/walking but I did some exercising:innocent:

Today

40 lunges (holding each one for 5 seconds)
100 side "reaches"
20 situps

Weights
60 bicep curls (2 dumbells)
100 "open arm" with weights (2 dumbells)
60 overhead (2 dumbells)
60 arms behind head reaching up (1 dumbell)
 
30 minutes on the cross trainer
15 on the stationary bike
10 cool down walking 4.0 Mph on a 2.0 incline

then
did some weight lifting
 
A half hour of tae bo, four different ab exercises, and weight training.
 
a 30 minute run and two hours of lacrosse training arrrrrrrrrrrrg a lot for me;)
 
23 mins 8% incline on the treadmill @ 10km/hr
30 mins bike @ level 7
30 mins on cross-trainer @ level 7,8,9

I've tried three different ones I think and I enjoyed them all...I find it's a really good workout...well planned and I hardly ever ache from it because the warm up and cool down are good.

You just really need to take some time and read through the blurb on the back of them all to find what suits you best...I know there are some that are more abs focused etc...

I was going to run/walk this morning but it was pouring down (Rain) outside. So I decided to go ahead and do my inside exercises, took a shower and then it made me mad because it stopped raining. So I'll run/walk later today.

Here's something funny I drew today to kind of show what I did:p Just having fun:D And my handwriting is so sloppy (it's not normally I promise)
