Daily Exercise

walked 1/2 mile, ran 2 miles, walked 1 mile...

#2 - 100
#3 - 200 (100 each leg)
#4 - 100
#6 - 50
#7 - 60
#8 - 60
#9 - 50

so no side exercises or lunges yet today.. But I'll try and do them later

I don't come that much at Pinnaple, and that's properly also, as you mentioned, the atmosphere is not that nice... so I prefere to go to The Place.. or else I do company classes.. do you work in dance by the way?

Ooh and what I did Today...

... Yoga Class 2hrs...
... and my dayly routine.. with the pilates exercises this time..:p..
... and I'm exhausted to...:rolleyes: :lol:
 
1 hour 30 mins cardio mixture (treadmill, step machine, elliptical)
45 mins weights
loads of stretching in between

I found a good boredom buster: taking classes:
my gym offers loads and it's built in with the membership

Yeah Pinnapple does not have a friendly atomosphere at all but Karen was really nice. I didn't like Sheila (another jazz choreographer) because she is wasn't friendly.

Heehee belly dancing was fun...:p

I don't work in the dance industry, but some of my friends do and that's how I found out about pinneapple studios. One of my friends was one of the back-up dancers for the Westlife tour, another for Robbie Williams, and another for Kylie Minogue. Dancing is just fun and exercise for me. It makes me happy, but my real passion is to work as a socialite for Tatler magazine and that is what I'm hoping to do in a year and a halfs time.

*funny cross-country skiing type machine...10 minutes (nearly died,and I can comfortably run 30 minutes)
*crosstrainer,10 minutes

weights and toning class,60 minutes

ab training,60 minutes.
 
taking the day off because I'm helping put together a surprise birthday party... and it's saturday sooo;) ^_^
 
20 min on the elliptical
12 min walking somewhat briskly on an inclined treadmill
weight training, about 45 minutes (includes lunges & ab work)

^ Oh you poor thing :( That's the worst :( I find going for a slow to medium paced walk really helps :) Hope you are feeling better today!
