so tired this morning I couldn't get up. I drank last night. I've been a beached whale all day. Tonight I'm going to my dance class tho I'm really excited.
Yesterday was actually a pilates class because the dance instructor was out of town. So this morning I did 15 on the bike and 15 on the eliptical. I'm planning to do 20 on the treadclimber and weights tonight.
1 hour on the treadmill- incline at 4.5. I had a really bad dinner last night and thought i would go the extra mile today. I am going to be hurtin tomorrow.
35 minutes on the eliptical-400 calories
40 minutes on the treadmill-450 calories. my goal was to burn off 900, but i began to feel faint.
some core workout but my abs have been sore as i've been overworking them every day.
This was for Friday - at weekends I don't do exercise!!!
An hours fast pace walking pushing the double stroller! Half an hour of abs/core exercises in the morning before the babies are up and another half an hour before dinner!
