Oh..this come up before, and i think i forgot to say...but a trick i used to use, was, if there is a fresh supply of water handy, soak cap in water, wring out a little, and wear while exercising.

at first, but kinda refreshing. And dampen tee shirts. But, i work out at home, so alot easier for me. Also, im in Uk, so being confronted by a spell of sizzling weather, we here tend to view the experience with a jolt . Our weather is generally so unsettled that we instinctively regard any burst of sunshine as a miracle.

this afternoon: ran 2.2 miles - but tried to keep a high step and sprint for most of it which is definitely a different feeling than just pacing myself for distance.
