Daily Exercise

Morning: 30min stepper
10min walk
Afternoon: At school our PE teacher made us run 8 minutes, I ended up running like 4min straight and then walking a little bit and then trying to run a little more and so on... That was kind of an exam, test, whatever, I got a 8 out of 10 so I think it's pretty good for me (I'm asmathic and I thought I was nearly going to die :D...)
Okay, so went walking to the gym (maybe 15min walk), did 10min on the elliptical (I skipped the pilates lesson, bad girl I know :)) and then had my steps lesson, which ended up with abs and butt exercises.
Then came home by car and did 45min on the stepper. Yay!
Enough.

PD: Keep the good work coming! You're all amazing ;)

Today:
Warm up, stretch.
Twelve sets of dumbbell bench press.
Four sets of pull overs.
Four sets of dumbbell flys.

Oh..this come up before, and i think i forgot to say...but a trick i used to use, was, if there is a fresh supply of water handy, soak cap in water, wring out a little, and wear while exercising.

thx! thats a great idear if i ever go running outside :flower:

my friend says its was super hot and busy at the gym yesterday. im kind of dreading going tonight already. so tired! must nap and get my energy back! i bought some black tee's, def gonna sweat it out on the treadmill. my sister never sweats and i saw her sweat for the first time last week, thats how hot it gets.

:shifty: youtube and step addicts, unite! and work out :innocent:

:woot: Great work everyone!!!

this afternoon: ran 2.2 miles - but tried to keep a high step and sprint for most of it which is definitely a different feeling than just pacing myself for distance.

last night was not my best, but i walked at a fast pace on the treadmill while watching Friends.... for one hour. not too bad, better than watching it at home on the couch!! ;)

Thats a good tip. I got to the gym every day and do cardio for an 1 or 1 1/2 hour so I sweat pretty good which I hate of course. I should visit this thread more often!

Thank you kissablekae and christina126:flower:
In addition i use damp towels on bench, bit of a  at first, but kinda refreshing. And dampen tee shirts. But, i work out at home, so alot easier for me. Also, im in Uk, so being confronted by a spell of sizzling weather, we here tend to view the experience with a jolt . Our weather is generally so unsettled that we instinctively regard any burst of sunshine as a miracle.:D

Today:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell behind neck press.
Four sets of dumbbell lateral raises.
Four sets of standing, side to overhead dumbbell flys.
Four sets of barbell upright rowing.
Four sets of barbell shrugs.
Four sets of barbell straight legged dead lift.

Truly incredible routines everyone!! Enuff respect to ya'll.
