This is since I started my new workout. I know, I look funny

I started Ballet (hour daily), run (20-30 minutes) every other day, lift (every other day). I have a lot to owe to ballet, it's toned me beyond belief. I recommended the DVD's for "New York City Ballet Workout" and it's absolutely fantastic.
