Ran two miles...
(read that in a politician's interview once and found it to be true!)^^ It is actually pretty good to eat before you start exercising, I don't mean right before you exercise but maybe an hour before. I like eating pasta before I exercise, if I don't eat anything I feel like I'm going to collapse halfway through then in return it damages the exercise because I end up going painfully slow.
