Daily Exercise

1 h power walking in the forest with my dog. I´m going to do some weight work later today.
 
Almost an hour power walk,again. Basically same as yesterday, still some weight excersice to do.
 
Treadclimber for 2.0 mi.
Stretch for 10 mins.
Oblique and torso tune exercises.
Weight training.
 
Yesterday I did two treadmill sessions... 4.5 *** each session.

I have yet to do todays workout....
 
1 hour of swimming. Still very weak at Butterfly, this will take me some serious time to learn. I'm not coordinating correctly the movement of the legs with the arms and I start sinking, besides when I kick my legs they should be kicked from outside of the water to inside and I just can't put them outside. The arms' movement aren't that much correct either.
 
Running to class because I was almost late for my finals. Does that count? :p

In all seriousness, I did a brief morning routine:

Oblique V Up - 10 reps
Saxon Side Bend - 6 reps
Speed Rotation - 10 reps
Medicine Ball Torso Rotation - 10 reps
Side Jackknife - 5 reps

Amped for my last final B)

I never exercise besides walking my puppy. I really should get back into it. :/
 
I woke up this morning with plans to take a brisk walk around downtown and Michigan Ave. However, with the -18 windchill, I didn't get too far.
30 minutes of pilates
 
I went for a walk downtown and back (this includes a BIG hill and a lot of stairs!)
I'm still recovering from my workout yesterday. 30 day shred. It's only 20 minutes, but so intense!
