15 mins arm sculpting
30 mins pilates
15 mins various crunches

I need to be running but it's so hard for me to find endurance when it's so cold out
 
^that's why I love to run in the cold, you can really feel the body working and getting itself warmer^_^
 
In 3 sets of 10:
Oblique V-ups
Pulse Sp
Reverse Crunch
Dumbbell Double Wood Chop
 
I have been pretty good exerciser (?) lately.
Today I did 1 hour spinning. I almost did die but it felt so good *haha*
 
Monday: 2 hr walk
Tuesday: 1 hr walk
Wednesday: 2 hr mountain climbing
 
yesterday:

1 hour BODYCOMBAT
1 hour BODYPUMP

...I cannot walk today *heehee* feels so good.
