Daily Exercise

I just did 4.5 *** on the treadmill. It's more humid than usual here today & I got SO wet and sweaty, yuck!
 
Long walk with the dogs in the morning & then a shorter walk and a visit to the dog park in the afternoon.
 
20 min cardio: speed intervals at 2.5 incline
10 min stretches
20 min medicine ball/tone exercises
 
20 mins Treadclimber @ 4.0 mph.
20 min elliptical.
10 min stretches & tone exercises.

long walks with dog are the best. they are so hilarious and excited everytime they get outside :lol:


YESTERDAY: bodystep 60min. It was new realise and I was pretty out from it about 80% of time *HHAHAH*
