Daily Exercise

30 minutes running/walking. (walking @ 6km/hour & running @ 8km/hour)
 
8 mi biking.
Ab press - twist back extensions.
Shoulder press - biceps - chest press.
 
15 minutes on stationary bike+5 minutes up and down my flight of stairs+5 minutes jumping rope.
 
45mins bike ride,
1 hour walk
45mins swim
3 hours running on my feet at work
50 squats
Shopping and walking all day.
 
Yesterday: 1 hour of biking! My first ride in years!
Today: Hula-hooping (still moving!)
 
Sunday: 30 minutes running/walking (walking @ 6km/hour & running @ 8km/hour)
 
44 minutes running/walking (2 minutes of running, 2 minutes of walking; 11 repeats)
 
40 pushups, 40 sit ups, 40 squats, 10 minutes elliptical and 10 minutes on stationary bike.
