15 min elliptical.
15 min biking.
Different types of sit ups (180) and other machines for the abs.
Different legs sculpting machines.
60 squats.
 
30 min row machine.
20 min elliptical.
10 min biking.
Different types of sit ups (180) and other machines for the abs.
Different back and shoulders machines.
 
1 hour of biking
10 minutes of swimming (too many boats on the lake, I was scared of getting run over :shock:)
 
25 min row machine.
20 min elliptical.
10 min biking.
10 min swimming.
100 squats.
180 sit ups and other machines for the abs.
Different legs sculpting machines.
