Daily Exercise

12 mile bike ride - planning one for every day this week. Hopefully I can stick to it.
 
Yesterday: 45 min spin class

Today: 60 min circuit class

Going to start hot yoga soon - anybody tired it here?
 
Yup, hot yoga is amazing! It becomes very addictive! :D

I've been sick for the past few days, I miss running. :(
